How to massage periarthritis

Arm shaking: The patient is seated, the operator stands on the patient’s affected side, supports the patient’s shoulder with the hand on the same side as the affected limb, and shakes the circular circle with the hand on the opposite side of the affected limb, causing the patient’s shoulder joint to rotate left and right, with the rotation range from small to large, repeatedly 3 to 5 times each. The patient takes a sitting position and the operator stands on the outside of the patient’s front at an angle of about 45 degrees. The operator stirs the foot on the opposite side of the affected limb on the outside edge of the stool the patient is sitting on, places the patient’s forearm on top of the operator’s thigh, and then kneads the patient’s upper limb muscles with the palms of both hands, up, down, left and right, from the patient’s shoulder along the upper arm to the elbow, each repeated 2 to 3 times. Then the operator stands on the outside of the patient at an angle of 45 degrees diagonally opposite to the patient, changes the foot stirrups with the affected limb on the outside edge of the stool the patient is sitting on, puts the patient’s forearm still on the operator’s thigh, Zong front buckle kneading method, from the patient’s posterior scapular fossa along the upper arm smoothly kneading to the elbow, repeated 2 to 3 times. Kneading: The operator and the patient are in the same position as the “buckling and kneading method”. 1.The operator relaxes both shoulder joints, with the thumb in front and the remaining four fingers behind, and alternately kneads from the patient’s shoulder along the upper arm to the elbow 2 to 3 times. 2.The operator stands on the patient’s posterior lateral side, the operator places the foot on the same side as the patient’s affected limb on a wooden stool, places the affected limb on the operator’s braced leg, pinches along the medial edge of the patient’s scapula with both thumbs for 2 to 3 times, then makes circular pressure with both thumbs at the infraganglionic fossa for 2 to 3 times, then the operator presses the infraganglionic muscle with the right palm for 3 to 5 times, then pinches along the upper arm from the patient’s shoulder to the elbow for 2 to 5 times repeatedly. 3. The operator puts down the foot on the stool and uses both hands to part the tendons from the patient’s elbow to the wrist, and then uses both hands to squeeze the wrist repeatedly for rotational movements 3 to 5 times.
