1. 2. Peptic ulcer: patients with gastric bleeding caused by peptic ulcer need to be fasted and hydrated immediately, given nutritional support, and given symptomatic treatment according to the cause of ulcer, and at the same time, intravenous injection of proton pump inhibitor, such as omeprazole, etc., to inhibit gastric acid; if the bleeding is persistent or reoccurring, endoscopic treatment can be carried out; if bleeding is large in amount, and the results of internal medicine therapy are not effective, timely surgical treatment is needed.
3. Gastric cancer: if gastric bleeding caused by gastric cancer cannot be healed by itself, it needs to be treated immediately with fasting and fluid restriction, and acid suppression by rehydration; if there is a large amount of bleeding, it needs to be contacted with blood transfusion department for emergency blood allocation and preparation for blood transfusion; if it is difficult to control bleeding by internal medicine treatment, then it needs to be treated by interventional or surgical treatment in a timely manner.
