Generally we say that most of the infectious hepatitis refers to viral hepatitis, that is, hepatitis caused by viruses. Among them, hepatitis A and hepatitis B are the more common hepatitis that can be transmitted in China. What are the ways of transmission of hepatitis: 1, mother-to-child transmission Mother-to-child transmission is the most important way of transmission, as a mother with a major triplet, the possibility of the child being infected after birth reaches 90%-95%, E antigen-negative hepatitis B mother gave birth to a child with a lower chance of infection than the E antigen-positive half, about 45%-40%. 2, medical source of infection in the hospital examination and treatment process caused by the use of medical equipment not strictly sterilized and repeatedly used by HBV contamination, this is called medical source of transmission, including surgery, dental equipment, blood collection needles, acupuncture needles and endoscopy. 3, blood transfusion transmission After the input of HBV-infected blood and blood products, it can cause the occurrence of hepatitis B after blood transfusion. 4, close living contact transmission Shared use of razors, toothbrushes, etc. in daily life causes HBV transmission, which is called close living infection. Close daily life contact can make the blood, saliva, breast milk, vaginal secretions containing hepatitis B virus through the mucous membrane or skin tiny abrasion cracks into the susceptible person’s organism causing hepatitis B virus infection. 5, sexual transmission Sexual transmission is also a kind of body fluid transmission. In addition, kissing can also be transmitted, if the mucous membrane of the mouth and lips is broken also have this possibility. In the family, if one of the husband and wife is a hepatitis B patient or hepatitis B virus carrier, the other party must be vaccinated against hepatitis B to obtain antibodies; in daily life also do all the preventive measures.
