How to solve blood blisters in the throat

Blood blisters in the throat are mostly seen in pharyngeal hematoma and laryngeal hematoma. Most of them are caused by trauma or hematologic diseases. For trauma-induced pharyngeal hematoma, if the area is small and there is no continued bleeding, etc., conservative treatment is given, and cefprozil can be given to prevent infection. If the hematoma is larger, the hematoma needs to be incised under anesthesia and removed with suction and forceps, and postoperative antibiotic treatment is given to avoid infection. For the management of hematoma caused by the larynx, attention to breathing is required. If there is no obvious respiratory distress, treatment such as anti-infection is given and respiration is closely monitored. If respiratory distress is present, the hematoma needs to be cut open after tracheotomy, and antibiotic therapy and nebulization therapy are given at the same time. For hematoma caused by hematologic diseases, such as thrombocytopenia, it is necessary to transfer to the hematology department for further treatment.
