Symptoms of postpartum uterine prolapse

Symptoms of uterine prolapse are as follows: first, lumbosacral pain or falling sensation, due to uterine prolapse pulling ligaments and peritoneum, stimulation of sensory nerves and autonomic nerves caused by lumbosacral and lower abdominal pain, the symptoms are more pronounced in the pre-menstrual period or during menstruation. In mild cases, the mass can become smaller and retract on its own after lying down and resting; in severe cases, the cervix is enlarged and oedematous, and cannot be retracted after resting, and it is often pushed by hand to return to the cervix. Third, difficulty in urination, uterine prolapse combined with severe bladder bulge patients, because the bottom of the bladder falls outside the vaginal opening, the urethrocystic bladder angle becomes smaller, patients often have difficulty in urination. Fourth, defecation difficulties, uterine prolapse patients are generally weak type body, slow bowel movement, easy to cause constipation, constipation and aggravate the uterine prolapse.
