Inserted femoral neck base fracture can be treated by hollow nail fixation, lower limb traction and hip arthroplasty. 1. Hollow nail fixation: For young patients with embedded femoral neck fracture, the fracture end can be fixed by closed reduction and driving a hollow nail to reduce the displacement of the fracture end and accelerate the healing speed. 2. Lower limb traction: For embedded femoral neck fracture, due to good alignment and relative stability of the fracture end, most of the patients can be treated conservatively with lower limb continuous bone traction or with anti-rotation shoes, i.e. Dingzhi shoes, and the patients need to stay in bed and recuperate for one and a half months, and then undergo X-ray review for the next step of the treatment. 3. Hip replacement: For older patients, hip replacement can be adopted for treatment. Patients with basilar fracture of femoral neck embedded in the fracture end should choose the correct treatment method under the guidance of the doctor. During the recovery period of the fracture, it is recommended that the patient should carry out muscle static training so as to avoid muscle atrophy caused by prolonged bed rest.
