What are the symptoms of a bad spleen and stomach?

According to Chinese medicine, bad spleen and stomach are commonly seen in weak spleen and stomach, cold spleen and stomach, dampness and heat spleen and stomach, and their symptoms are different, as follows.
1. Weakness of spleen and stomach:
(1) Spleen qi deficiency is mainly manifested as little food intake, abdominal distension, especially after meals, loose stools (thin and unformed feces), tiredness of the limbs, lack of energy and laziness (lack of strength, do not want to talk), yellowish color, etc.;

(2) Cold deficiency of the spleen and stomach: it mainly manifests as symptoms of cold and deficiency, such as abdominal pain and distension, stomach cold and stomach pain, fear of cold and fear of cold, lack of warmth in the limbs, preference for warmth and pressure, loss of appetite, light mouth and thirst, and sluggish and weak pulse.
3. Damp-heat in the spleen and stomach: the main manifestations are not thinking about food, nausea and vomiting, bitter and sticky mouth, loose stools, heavy limbs (limb weakness, sinking), short and red urine (small amount of urine, dark yellow color), etc. The symptoms of bad spleen and stomach are more common.
