What is the cause of a crooked face and slanted eyes?

The following causes of facial distortion and eye slanting are considered: 1. If it appears suddenly, it may be caused by cerebrovascular disease, such as cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction, which will lead to symptoms of facial distortion and eye slanting when it affects the cortical brainstem bundle or the facial nerve nucleus. 2. If the patient only has symptoms of facial distortion and eye slanting, it may also be caused by peripheral facial palsy. When the facial nerve of the extracranial segment is cooled, windy or infected by virus when the patient’s resistance decreases, it will lead to swelling of the facial nerve and lead to a slight face, eye tilt and facial muscle inactivity. 3. Crooked face and eye tilt may also be caused by intracranial tumor or intracranial occupancy compression.
