Please provide your real name, ID number and your cell phone number (currently only available for China Mobile) and other information. The system will confirm the appointment information through your cell phone, otherwise the appointment cannot be made. 3.Visit number collection: After successful on-site appointment, please present your valid ID card, passport, officer’s ID card (child patients should provide ID number or birth certificate in the family register) and medical card of Beihang Medical College on the day of visit to collect numbers at the registration desk of outpatient clinic. The ID number, name and gender filled in the card must be the same as the patient’s identity information provided during the appointment, otherwise the hospital will not provide the number of the appointment. Patients who do not have a medical card must go to our outpatient card issuance center (located west of the emergency gate) to apply for our medical card before picking up the number. 4.Take the number time The outpatient registration site appointment time is from Monday to Friday 7:30-10:30, 13:00-15:30 (except holidays), detailed information according to the SMS prompt, the outdated number is invalid. 5.Number pickup window: ①Outpatient appointment pickup area 1: the east side of the outpatient building (except for the ophthalmology, stomatology, otorhinolaryngology, obstetrics, special needs clinic number) ②Outpatient appointment pickup area 2: window 4 on the south side of the registration hall on the first floor of the ophthalmology center building (ophthalmology, stomatology, otorhinolaryngology, obstetrics number) ③Outpatient appointment pickup area 3: the registration hall on the first floor of the ophthalmology center building ③Outpatient appointment pickup area 4: Special Needs Clinic registration area on the 10th floor of the Eye Center Building (special needs clinic number source picked up after 8:00) 6. 7.Doctor suspension: Doctor suspension is unavoidable, please understand the inconvenience caused to you. If the doctor is temporarily suspended, the service staff will notify the user who has made an appointment by phone, please cooperate to change the date of consultation or change to another doctor. 8.Change the number: The registered information of the successful appointment cannot be changed, if you change it, you need to call 4006120115 to unsubscribe the original information and then reschedule the appointment. 9.Cancellation: If you cannot make the appointment on time, please make sure to call (4006120115) before 14:00 pm one day before the appointment date to cancel the appointment. 10.Reservation restriction: You can only make one appointment for the same department on the same day, and each appointment is limited to one number. No more than two departments can be booked on the same day. 11.Disposal of telephone reservation pre-deposit in the existing medical card: The telephone reservation function of our medical card will be discontinued. The remaining pre-deposit in the card can be used for the payment service under the “pre-deposit mode”.
