Small pimples, i.e. small acne, can be improved by oral or topical medication and physical therapy. 1. Oral or topical medication: Oral medication such as isotretinoin can be used to reduce sebum secretion, control abnormal keratinization and the formation of blackheads and pimples. Topical medications such as Adapalene can also be used to regulate the function of keratinocytes, reduce sebum secretion, and alleviate keratin embolism at the follicular sebaceous gland orifices, thus improving acne. 2. Physiotherapy: Fruit acids can be used to accelerate the exfoliation and renewal of keratin and stimulate dermal collagen synthesis to improve acne; photodynamic therapy can also be used to inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes and sebum secretion by using photothermal effect. It is recommended that patients with small acne go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment to avoid delays.
