How to do ACL rehab

The rehabilitation training of ACL commonly includes ankle pump exercise, knee extension resistance training and quadriceps static contraction training.
1. Ankle pump exercise: the patient can lie flat on the bed, keep the affected limb fixed, make the affected limb foot hooked, hold for five seconds, then make the patient’s foot step down, hold for five seconds, and then make the foot turn around for a week, as a group.
2. Knee extension resistance training: patients take a sitting position, keep the thigh immobile, so that the calf is gradually raised to straighten, hold for five seconds. Later, sandbags and other heavy objects can be tied to the ankle to increase resistance.
3. Quadriceps static contraction training: take the lying position or sitting position, maximize the tautness of the anterior thigh muscles, adhere to five seconds, and then relax, and so on.
