Left acromial pain may be caused by frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, heart disease, muscle strain, shoulder trauma and so on. 1. Frozen shoulder: this disease can cause rotator cuff injury or acromioclavicular ligament tear, rupture, calcification and other conditions, resulting in left acromial pain. 2. Cervical spondylosis: with age, cervical intervertebral discs will undergo degenerative changes, and when the intervertebral discs press on the nerves, then the left acromial pain will occur. 3. Heart disease: If the patient has myocardial infarction, when the disease attacks, it may radiate to the left shoulder, resulting in pain in the left shoulder peak. 4. Muscle strain: if the patient is engaged in heavy physical labor for a long time, the left shoulder peak is under heavy load for a long time, which will lead to chronic strain of the shoulder muscles, and then the left shoulder peak pain will occur. 5. Shoulder trauma: when the patient’s left acromion is subjected to external impact, resulting in local soft tissue damage, then there will be left acromion pain. It is suggested that when this symptom occurs, you should go to the hospital to do the relevant examination, and do the targeted treatment after the cause is clear.
