Stubborn pain will appear in the advanced stage of gastric cancer and will gradually intensify. Treatment can be based on the principle of three-step medication for cancer pain, and corresponding analgesic drugs can be given. The pain can be divided into mild, moderate and severe, and the first-step analgesics, i.e. non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as fenbendazole and fotarine, are used for mild pain. For moderate pain use second-order painkillers, such as weak opioids, represented by codeine. For severe pain use strong opioids, represented by drugs such as morphine extended-release tablets. In case of cancer pain in advanced stage of gastric cancer, it must be based on the doctor’s diagnosis and guidance, and never use private medication.
