How to treat skin nodulosis

  The symptoms of cutaneous nodulosis are redness and swelling of the skin surface and pain, which usually resolve on their own in mild cases.  Skin nodules are cone-shaped appearances on the surface of the skin that gradually bulge due to pus in the hair follicles or infection around the hair follicles. If the condition is stable and the symptoms are not obvious and there are no other symptoms, no treatment is needed and it usually resolves on its own.  If the condition is serious, a large amount of keratinized material and pus cells accumulate in the hair follicle sebum, so that the hair follicle sebum structure is destroyed, the red or light-colored nodules under the skin, hard, some of which are painful when pressed, it is considered to have reached stage II or even stage III, and the lighter ones will produce permanent scars, and the serious ones may invade the internal organs and cause liver damage, so timely treatment should be carried out. You can use hormones to carry out treatment, such as the commonly used prednisone, etc.  It is important to develop good habits, especially not to smoke. Have a healthy diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, and exercise properly to improve your immune system. If you work in heavy fumes, try to protect yourself, such as wearing a mask and getting some fresh air regularly. Keep away from alcohol, drugs, radiation, pesticides, etc., volatile harmful gases, and toxic heavy metals, etc.  To maintain a good state of mind, when it does not affect normal life, you can do without treatment.
