In a class, TB may be contagious. If a case of TB is present in a class, the probability of transmission occurring in the same class is relatively high. The disease can usually be contracted from a person with an incidence of TB, and infection may occur if droplets containing the TB pathogen are inhaled when the person coughs or sneezes. Classes are relatively confined spaces, so respiratory transmission, such as droplet transmission, is likely and therefore the probability of being infected with TB is high. However, it is not 100% likely to be infected, and it is also related to factors such as autoimmunity. Students with strong immunity may not be infected even though they are in close contact with TB cases due to their relatively strong immunity. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive examination at the first instance, subject to the results of the examination.
