Giant cell tumor of bone is not contagious, coitus is not contagious. Giant cell tumor of bone is an aggressive primary benign bone tumor composed of proliferating monocytes and osteoclast-like multinucleated giant cells with a tendency of local recurrence, which has strong aggressiveness and a large role in the erosion and destruction of bone. Clinical symptoms manifest as soreness or dull pain, occasionally severe pain. Some patients have localized swelling, and patients often have pressure pain and increased skin temperature. The disease is not contagious and is not spread through sexual behavior.
