Detoxification drugs: such as glutathione, N-acetyl cysteine, these drugs can improve the synthesis of the liver, detoxification, inactivation of hormones and so on. Antioxidant drugs: such as silymarin, bicyclic alcohol, these drugs have different degrees of protective and therapeutic effects on various types of liver injury caused by different poisons. Choleretic drugs: such as S-adenosylmethionine, ursodeoxycholic acid, these drugs are mostly used in various liver diseases accompanied by intrahepatic cholestasis.
