When to take Baclofen tablets

Baclofen tablets are taken at least three times a day for adults and in two to four divided doses for children. It is best taken during meals. Baclofen Tablets are mainly used to treat skeletal muscle spasms caused by multiple sclerosis, spinal cord cavernous disease, spinal cord tumors, transverse myelitis, spinal cord trauma, and motor neuron disease, and also to relieve spasms caused by cerebrovascular disease, cerebral palsy, meningitis, and craniocerebral trauma. Common adverse reactions to Baclofen Tablets include drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth, dyspnea, dizziness, weakness, headache, insomnia, myalgia, myalgia, muscle tremor, hallucinations, nightmares, abnormalities of gastrointestinal function, hypotension, decreased cardiovascular function, dysuria, visual disturbances, sweating, rash, and hepatic impairment, among other symptoms. It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to baclofen tablets and its contained ingredients; patients with spasticity and suffering from psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, and delirium of mental consciousness; patients with peptic ulcer or cerebrovascular disease; patients with respiratory, hepatic, and renal impairments; and patients with sphincter hypertonia.
