What’s wrong with your feet?

Weakness and lack of strength in the feet may be due to hypoglycemia, exertion, or muscular lesions, lumbar spine lesions, neurological or vascular diseases.
1. Hypoglycemia: Typical symptoms of hypoglycemia are fatigue, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), and cold sweat. There will be symptoms of weakness and lack of strength in the feet.
2. Exhaustion: prolonged exertion will result in excessive physical exertion and muscle fatigue, which will not only lead to weak legs and lack of strength, but also lead to mental weakness and memory loss.
3. Muscle lesions: common myasthenia gravis, myositis, etc., due to muscle contraction and nerve conduction pathway obstruction of leg weakness.
4. Lumbar spine lesions: including lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, etc., the lumbar peripheral nerves or blood vessels are strongly compressed, resulting in pressure on the nerves that innervate the muscles of the lower limbs, which causes a decrease in muscle strength, and the appearance of weak feet, numbness, and so on.
5. Neurological diseases: mainly refers to the lesions of cerebral nerves, spinal nerves and autonomic nerves, which lead to sensory, motor and autonomic dysfunction, manifested as weakness of hands or feet, skin sensitivity, limb incoordination and so on.
6. Vascular disease: can occur in cerebral ischemia, arterial embolism and other conditions, due to poor blood circulation in the legs resulting in no strength.
There are many other reasons for weak feet, if you still can’t walk after resting, you should go to the hospital as soon as possible to find out the reason.
