Sudden onset of severe pain in the upper abdomen, possibly with a history of unclean diet or cold, restlessness, pale and cold sweat, cold limbs, hard lump in the upper and middle abdomen but cannot be touched, which may be relieved by itself after 1-2 hours, may be stomach cramps.
