Palm peeling and cracking may be caused by physiological factors, may also be caused by pathological reasons, common in the hand eczema, tinea versicolor and other diseases, after clarifying the cause of the disease to take general treatment therapy, topical medication, oral medication and other ways to improve the symptoms.
1. Physiological causes: usually related to dry weather, long-term friction, excessive washing and other factors. 2. Pathologic causes:

Patients can use bifonazole and other antifungal drugs externally, and when the symptoms are serious or accompanied by onychomycosis, oral itraconazole and other antifungal drugs can be taken.
Palm peeling and cracking may also be caused by other diseases, it is recommended that patients go to the hospital in a timely manner, after clarifying the condition, to give targeted treatment.
