ER: Estrogen receptor, one of the prognostic indicators of breast cancer. Positive patients have a better prognosis and are effective for endocrine therapy. PR: Progesterone receptor, positive patients are also effective for endocrine therapy. HER-2 or C-erbB-2: Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, one of the prognostic indicators for breast cancer. Positive patients have a poor prognosis. Patients with ++++ immunohistochemistry or positive FISH test indicate effective molecular targeted therapy against Herceptin. P53: It is a protein that is classified into wild type and mutant type. Wild-type P53 is an oncogene, but it is not easily detected in common immunohistochemical assays; mutant P53 has oncogene properties, and it is this P53 that is detected in common immunohistochemical assays, which can promote cellular carcinogenesis. Bcl-2: It is an apoptosis suppressor, and its expression can be used as a predictor of the efficacy of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy for tumors. Ki-67: It is an indicator to detect the proliferative activity of tumor cells. A higher value indicates a higher rate of tumor cell proliferation.
