Budesonide Inhalation Aerosol is mainly used for the maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Budegafor Inhalation Aerosol consists of budesonide, gronethium bromide, and formoterol. Budesonide can alleviate symptoms and reduce acute exacerbations in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; Gronethonium bromide can dilate the bronchial tubes; Formoterol can diastole bronchial smooth muscle and relieve bronchospasm. Budesonide is a glucocorticoid that reduces airway inflammation and decreases symptoms and the number of acute exacerbations in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Gronethium bromide is a long-acting acetylcholine receptor antagonist that inhibits acetylcholine receptors distributed in bronchial smooth muscle thereby acting as an airway dilator. Formoterol is a selective β2-adrenergic receptor agonist that can diastole bronchial smooth muscle and relieve bronchospasm. Budegraf Inhalation Aerosol is not indicated for the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or bronchospasm in the acute phase. It should also be used with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease, and monitor the ECG and note changes in the QTc interval during administration.
