Sore throat and dizziness are not necessarily a new type of pneumonia. Sore throat and dizziness are very common clinical symptoms, mostly seen in acute upper respiratory tract infections, such as acute tonsillitis, which can cause sore throat and dizziness. Acute pharyngitis and common cold can also cause sore throat and dizziness, so sore throat and dizziness are not clinically specific. Novel pneumonia refers to novel coronavirus pneumonia, which is a respiratory infectious disease caused by novel coronavirus infection, mainly characterized by fever, dry cough and fatigue. Although symptoms of sore throat and dizziness can be present, there is no correlation between the two. If the patient has an epidemiologic history of a sore throat and dizziness, nucleic acid and CT of the lungs can be refined for clarification.
