The nucleic acid test is done 48 hours after the Neocoronavirus vaccination.
The New Crown vaccine is effective in preventing New Crown virus infection, and people with no contraindications are recommended to follow the procedure to get vaccinated. However, it is not recommended to do the nucleic acid test after vaccination for the time being, otherwise false positive results may occur.
The inactivated New Crown vaccine contains the nucleic acid sequence of the New Crown virus, and during the process of vaccine extraction or syringe exhaustion, the vaccine may float in the air as a liquid or aerosol, etc., which may contaminate the environment of the vaccination or the vaccinated person, resulting in the presence of the pathogen nucleic acid fragments in the mucous membranes of the nasal cavity or the pharynx of the vaccinated person, and false-positive results may occur in the test.
After 48 hours, the pathogen nucleic acid fragments have basically been excreted with the nasopharyngeal secretions, and the probability of false-positive results is lower. Therefore, it is recommended that nucleic acid testing be done after 48 hours.
