Infertility refers to the absence of pregnancy after more than one year of normal sexual intercourse without contraceptive measures. The causes of infertility are mainly divided into primary infertility and secondary infertility. The following examinations are mainly done: 1) female ovulation monitoring to observe whether there is ovulation; 2) male semen examination to observe whether the sperm count, vitality and malformation rate are normal; 3) sexual reproductive tract examination to observe the patency of the reproductive tract and whether the fallopian tubes are open; 4) other examinations, if there is no problem in the above examinations, we can consider doing laparoscopy, but also according to the recommendations of the reproductive physician. If the laparoscopic examination is not problematic, the condition is called unexplained infertility, and immunological examination, including blood clotting and metabolism, can be performed.
