And left side lumbar pain is considered to be caused by lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation, ureteral stones, which need to take medication, other treatments, surgical treatment. 1. Stomach pain treatment (1) Gastritis: If the stomach pain is caused by gastritis, it can be treated with h2 receptor antagonists such as ranitidine and cimetidine, and gastric stimulants such as domperidone and mosapride. For patients with high-level epithelial neoplasia of the stomach, gastroscopic submucosal dissection can be taken. (2) Dyspepsia: For stomach pain caused by dyspepsia, gastrointestinal stimulants, such as Itopride and Cinitapride, or digestive enzyme preparations such as compound azinamid enteric-coated tablets and polypeptide tablets, can be used under the guidance of a doctor. For patients with Helicobacter pylori infection, they can take quadruple therapy as prescribed by the doctor, i.e., proton pump inhibitor + two antibiotics + bismuth, and common drugs are pantoprazole, amoxicillin, levofloxacin, bismuth pectin and so on. (3) Gastric ulcer: gastric ulcer-induced stomach pain requires the use of gastric mucosal protective agents such as magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets and aluminum thioglycollate, as well as proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole and lansoprazole, as prescribed by the doctor. For ulcers with repeated bleeding or highly suspected malignant ulcers, surgical removal of the ulcer site is required. 2. Left-sided low back pain (1) Lumbar muscle strain: If the left-sided low back pain is caused by lumbar muscle strain, it needs to be treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory ointment such as flurbiprofen ointment, diclofenac diethylamide latex, etc., as prescribed by the doctor, or with local injection of anesthetics such as lidocaine, procaine, etc., as well as glucocorticosteroids such as trichostatin and dexamethasone, etc., for closure treatment. Some patients can also be treated with acupuncture and manipulation. (2) Lumbar disc herniation: For left-sided low back pain caused by lumbar disc herniation, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs such as diclofenac and ibuprofen can be used as prescribed by the doctor, as well as muscle relaxants such as chlorzoxazone and tizanidine. Some patients can also be treated with hemilaminectomy and spinal endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal. (3) Ureteral stones: If the left-sided low back pain is caused by ureteral stones, antispasmodics such as atropine and scopolamine, as well as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as indomethacin and etoricoxib, are required under the supervision of a doctor. If the patient’s ureteral stones are more than 6mm, they need to be treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and transureteroscopic lithotripsy. The patient’s stomach pain may also be caused by gastric cancer, pyloric obstruction and other diseases, while the left-sided back pain may also be caused by trauma, lumbar spinal stenosis and other diseases. It is recommended that patients with stomach pain or left-sided back pain need to consult a doctor in time and follow the doctor’s instructions to choose the appropriate measures for treatment.
