Special groups: Elderly people over 60 years old Immediate family members of patients with chronic kidney disease People with the following diseases: Diabetes mellitus Gout disease Metabolic diseases such as hyperuricemia Hypertension Systemic lupus erythematosus Hepatitis B Tumors Systemic infections Urinary tract stones Urinary tract infections Patients with urinary tract obstruction People with a history of acute renal failure People with reduced kidney units (unilateral kidney or partial nephrectomy) People with or without symptoms should go to the hospital every six months to a year Urine routine, kidney function and kidney ultrasound should be checked once every six months to a year. In addition, there are unexplained swelling; foamy urine; hematuria; proteinuria; unexplained anemia; weakness; nausea, vomiting or abnormal kidney function (estimated by formula method); increased nocturia; and unexplained lower limb twitching.
