Is the roa position suitable for normal labor?

The roa position refers to the right occipital anterior position, which is a normal position during routine pregnancy checkups, but whether or not it is possible to have a normal delivery needs to be assessed in conjunction with the size of the fetus and the birth canal.
Right occipital anterior position is the fetal head down, the fetal occipital bone is located in the right front of the mother’s pelvis, is a normal delivery position. The position of the fetus is fixed after 32 weeks of pregnancy, and most of the fetuses in right occipital anterior position will not change again, so this position usually does not affect normal labor.
If there are no problems with the soft birth canal of the pelvis and the baby is not overweight or has other pathologic problems, then most of the women can have a trial of vaginal delivery at full term under the observation of the doctor.
Attention to the need for regular pregnancy checkups during pregnancy, such as fetal position, fetal heart, amniotic fluid volume, placenta and other conditions, if there are abnormalities, you can intervene as early as possible to avoid delays in the condition.
