What’s wrong with shaky feet in bed?

Sleeping foot shaking may be related to physiological factors, or it may be caused by focal epileptic seizures and hypocalcemia.
1. Physiological factors: for example, prolonged weight-bearing during the day, prolonged and sustained pressure on the feet, or cold feet may lead to symptoms of shaky feet in sleep.
2. Focal epileptic seizures: commonly found in people with a history of epilepsy, when some of the nerves in the brain discharge abnormally, resulting in focal epileptic seizures, which may cause shaky feet in sleep.
3. Hypocalcemia: when the blood calcium level is low, resulting in a significant increase in muscle nerve excitability, it may cause trembling feet, may also be accompanied by numbness of the lips, tingling and other manifestations.
Sleeping feet shaking, exclude physiological factors, should promptly seek medical attention, clear cause, by the doctor to guide the treatment and conditioning.
