Endometrial cancer is treated with a combination of surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the five-year survival rate of patients after treatment is about 70%. The recurrence rate of endometrial cancer patients is about 60% within one year, 75% within two years, and 85% within five years after treatment, and a small percentage of patients may experience recurrence after many years of treatment. After treatment, the prognosis of endometrial cancer patients is related to pathological tissue type, pathological tissue grading, as well as parametrial infiltration and lymph node metastasis. Post-treatment recurrence refers to the appearance of lesions locally after six months of treatment control, which is called post-treatment recurrence, and metastasis refers to the appearance of lesions beyond the primary site.
