Fever, generalized fever

Fever refers to an increase in body temperature, while generalized fever refers to the feeling of the body. When you have a fever, if your body temperature is rising, you will generally have a slight fear of wind, cold or even chills, and the feeling you have is probably not a fever, but a special fear of cold. If you are in the period of falling body temperature, most of you are sweating, and the feeling of the whole body at this time is likely to be other discomfort, but generally there is not a strong degree of whole body fever. When the whole body is feverish, it only means that the body temperature is in the plateau period, which means that the body temperature has increased to the highest level, and the value of the body temperature measured at this time can generally represent the degree of fever at this time, and if the body temperature reaches 39.1℃ or above, it is considered high fever. Many fevers are caused by viral or bacterial microbial infections, so if a bacterial infection is considered, a blood culture can be taken to culture the bacteria, and if a viral infection is considered, it can be combined with other manifestations and related tests to determine the condition. In general, during the plateau of temperature, the patient’s symptoms are more serious, it is necessary to take oral antipyretic drugs or other ways to cool down the temperature.
