Can atopic dermatitis and asthma be cured?

Recently, I was pulled into the “Allergy Patients” WeChat group by a good friend in pediatrics, and I encountered many questions from parents of children with atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and asthma about whether there is a cure. Other than that, it is allopathic treatment. 2. The population for desensitization therapy is patients over 5 years old with clear allergens, among which atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma patients are particularly suitable. 3. The relative contraindications to desensitization therapy are the acute exacerbation of the disease, and the acute phase of infectious diseases. 4.Desensitization therapy can be divided into two ways: subcutaneous injection and sublingual administration, and the course of treatment should be 3-5 years. 5. Allergens should be identified before determining desensitization treatment, skin prick test or in vitro detection of specific IgE can be taken, other methods such as biopacam testing results are not reliable. 6. Antihistamines should be stopped 3-7 days before allergen detection, and glucocorticoids should be stopped for more than one week.
