The subcutaneous round-like lesion in the stomach may be a tumor, but it needs to be clarified by comprehensive imaging and pathology. The possibility of tumor is very high when a round-like lesion can be seen in the stomach, and mesenchymal stromal tumors are more common, of course, gastric cancer and inflammatory hyperplasia cannot be ruled out. Abdominal CT and magnetic resonance can help to evaluate the nature of the lesion, of course, after surgical resection, pathologic examination can be more clear diagnosis. If the lesion itself affects the function of the stomach, or the benign or malignant nature of the lesion cannot be identified, surgical resection should be actively considered. For smaller lesions, if endoscopic resection is possible after evaluation, endoscopic resection can be performed for better treatment, less trauma, and faster recovery.
