Patients with dizziness, blurred vision and unsteadiness are considered to have a higher possibility of cerebellar lesions, and it is recommended that the patient undergoes relevant examinations to clarify if necessary. If it is caused by cerebellar hemorrhage, it is recommended to perform cranial CT examination. If it is caused by cerebellar tumor, it is recommended to perform cranial MRI scanning and enhancement. If it is caused by cerebellar infarction, it is recommended to perform cranial MRI diffusion examination. According to the different causes, relevant treatments should be given. In addition, it should be ruled out that patients with dizziness, blurred vision and unsteadiness caused by other pathologies, such as cervical spondylosis, may also have these symptoms. There is also Meniere’s disease, vestibular neuronitis, and benign positional episodic vertigo, so they should also be differentiated from these conditions.
