In clinical practice, three main reasons are considered for the occurrence of vaginal bleeding in women: first, the patient’s vaginal muscles or fascia are abnormally developed, and the patient may suffer from vaginal bleeding due to birth or repeated uterine operations, such as abortion or curettage, which damage the muscles or fascia of the vaginal wall, causing the vaginal wall to lose elasticity. Secondly, it may be related to vaginal infection. When vaginal infection increases leucorrhea, itching, and vaginal flora is imbalanced, so gas will be produced in women or when the patient’s position changes and abdominal pressure increases, gas may be expelled from the vagina, so the condition of pussy blowing may occur. Thirdly, rectovaginal fistula can also occur, but patients are mostly accompanied by rectal or cervical cancer, etc. This condition is easier to determine.
