The skinned leg can easily lead to bacterial infection, if the local damage is light, the patient can be sterilized by iodine povidone local disinfection, and change medicine regularly; if the local damage is heavy, the patient also needs to be cleaned and sutured. 1. Mild injury: when the patient’s foot is broken and there is no obvious active bleeding, the patient can use 0.5% vital iodine for local disinfection and sterile gauze bandage, and change the medicine regularly. Most of the patients can have their local wounds completely healed after 5-7 days. 2. Heavier injuries: debridement of the wound, debridement of foreign bodies in the wound, necrotic tissue, thorough disinfection and bandaging, regular dressing changes, and removal of stitches. After the injury also need to take amoxicillin, cefaclor and other antibiotics to prevent infection. After the injury, if there are obvious wounds, all need to be injected with tetanus antitoxin to prevent tetanus. Wound treatment, should be carried out in the regular hospital.
