Is it normal to fart every day?

Daily exhaust is usually a normal phenomenon, but it does not exclude the existence of abnormalities, which require specific analysis of the problem. Usually, there is no definite number of times a person exhausts gas every day, so it may be normal to exhaust gas every day. This is because when food enters the digestive tract, it may produce gas after decomposition, and the gas will be expelled from the body in the form of exhaust, thus helping to reduce intestinal pressure. However, if the patient’s daily exhaust is too frequent, consider that it may also be related to the following factors: 1. Dysbiosis of intestinal flora and an increase in gas-producing bacilli in the intestine may result in more exhaust; 2. If frequent exhaust is accompanied by foul and sour odor, as well as abdominal distension and abdominal pain, it mostly suggests indigestion, gastroenteritis, etc. Serious cases may be seen in liver diseases. Therefore, there is no need to restrain the patient when the feeling of exhaustion occurs. If exhaustion continues to occur frequently, it is recommended to visit the gastroenterology department for examination to clarify the diagnosis.
