How do you recover from 100 and 75 diopters when you retest the day after dilating your pupils?

The optometry reading after pupil dilation is true myopia, for which no effective treatment has been found, and therefore most of the vision is difficult to recover. True myopia is mostly caused by the growth of the eye axis, and there is no treatment to shorten the eye axis, therefore, it is often difficult to recover. Most of the 100 and 75 degrees of myopia do not affect the patient’s daily life, therefore, it is recommended that the patient can wear glasses to correct his/her vision when necessary. They can be worn when looking at distant needs, for example, children can wear glasses to correct their vision when looking at the blackboard, and adults can wear glasses to correct their vision when driving. Note that you should use your eyes wisely to avoid further increase of myopia as much as possible.
