The 3rd degree of celiac disease should be 3rd degree of cervical erosion. Uterine celiac disease that is cervical erosion-like changes is just a clinical sign, can be physiological changes, can also be pathologic changes.
If the cervical erosion like change for 3 degrees is normal physiological situation, generally do not need treatment; if the cervical erosion like change for 3 degrees, combined with acute and chronic cervicitis or cervical lesions, need to use medication or surgical treatment and so on.
1. Physiological situation: physiological cervical erosion-like changes is the cervical columnar epithelium ectopic, there may be an increase in vaginal secretion, generally do not need special treatment.
2. Pathologic situation:
(1) Cervical erosion-like changes of the uterine cervix of the 3rd degree with acute and chronic cervicitis: accompanied by lower abdominal pain, vulvar itching, etc., you can use anti-infective drugs, such as ceftriaxone, ornidazole, etc., and local microwave, laser, ironing and other treatments.
(2) Cervical erosive changes of 3 degrees with cervical lesions: if it is mild cervical intraepithelial lesions can be anti-inflammatory treatment, moderate, high degree of lesions, you can choose surgical treatment, regular review after treatment.
Cervical erosion like change 3 degrees need to do regular cervical TCT and HPV screening, if there are abnormal lesions need to timely medical treatment, so as not to delay the condition.
