What are the treatments for celiac disease?

Cervical erosion (cervical columnar epithelial ectasia) is no longer used as a diagnostic term for chronic cervicitis, but can only be used as a clinical sign, with physiological phenomena and pathologic changes, according to the different situations targeted treatment, such as surgical treatment, radiation therapy and systemic therapy.
1. Physiological cervical columnar epithelial ectasia: it is mostly seen in adolescence, reproductive women with strong estrogen secretion, pregnancy, due to the effect of estrogen, cervical squamous and columnar epithelial ectasia, and the cervical opening manifests as an erosive state, and there is no abnormal change in the clinic. This is a physiological phenomenon that requires no special treatment.
2. Pathological changes:
(1) Endocervical neoplasia can be manifested as erosive changes, which can be frozen, laser or cervical conization. For older women with high grade endometriosis of the cervix who do not have fertility requirements, total hysterectomy with extrafascial hysterectomy can be performed.
(2) Early stage of cervical cancer can also have cervical erosion-like changes, accompanied by abnormal vaginal discharge, contact bleeding and other symptoms, which can be treated with surgery, radiotherapy and systemic therapy as prescribed by doctors.
When ectopic columnar epithelium of the uterine cervix is detected, especially when there is an increase of abnormal secretion and contact bleeding, it is necessary to go to the hospital in time for cervical cancer screening, such as human papillomavirus typing test, cervical liquid-based cytology examination, etc., so as to clarify the cause of the disease under the guidance of the doctor, and to target the treatment, so as to avoid delaying the disease.
