One month pregnant with red stomach pain

There are two main possibilities to consider when you are one month pregnant and have abdominal pain with vaginal bleeding: first, the possibility of preterm miscarriage or miscarriage. If the patient is about one month pregnant with relatively mild abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding, the possibility of preterm miscarriage should be considered. The patient needs to check progesterone and HCG to determine the activity of the gestational sac, and if necessary, fetal preservation treatment is needed. If the abdominal pain is more severe or gradually worsens and the amount of vaginal bleeding gradually increases as the amount of menstruation, this situation should be considered to develop into miscarriage. Second, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy should be considered. If the patient has pain on one side of the abdomen, accompanied by a small amount of vaginal bleeding, and the ultrasound indicates the presence of a mass in the fallopian tube or in the adnexal area, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy should be highly suspected. If abdominal pain suddenly appears sharply, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy rupture should be considered and timely treatment is needed.
