3. Cholesteatoma of the external auditory canal: when the cholesteatoma is large, there is a sense of blockage in the ear, tinnitus and hearing loss, pain secondary to infection, secretion from the external auditory canal and foul odor. Application of amoxicillin, cefuroxime and other antibiotics to control infection and remove cholesteatoma. If the infection is serious and difficult to take out, it can be taken out under general anesthesia and microscope.
4. otitis media: acute purulent inflammation of the middle ear mucosa, tympanic membrane perforation secretion accumulation in the external auditory canal, caused by odor pain, available cefprozil tablets, ampicillin capsules, azithromycin dispersible tablets and other drugs anti-infective treatment, 3% hydrogen peroxide after washing the ear, levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops ear spotting.
