What causes blurry eyes after exercise

Blurred eyes after exercise may be caused by systemic lesions such as insufficient blood supply to the brain and low blood sugar, or by eye lesions such as visual fatigue and retinal diseases.
1. Systemic lesions: Strenuous exercise, prolonged exercise and other conditions lead to insufficient blood supply to the brain and low blood sugar, which can cause blurred eyes.
2. Visual fatigue: Exercise can lead to physical fatigue, which in turn leads to poor muscle regulation of the eyes and visual fatigue, causing blurred eyes.
3. Retinal disease: Strenuous exercise, for some patients with high myopia, may occur after exercise, retinal cracks, detachment, hemorrhage and other risks leading to blurred eyes.
Patients are advised to seek timely medical attention to identify the cause.
