What’s gepin?

Generic name of Gepin is cinacacept hydrochloride tablets, which is a parathyroid hormone inhibitor drug, and is used for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic kidney disease on maintenance dialysis.
Sinacase Hydrochloride Tablets is a western drug, a parathyroid hormone inhibiting drug, in which the active ingredient is Sinacase Hydrochloride. This product can inhibit the secretion of parathyroid hormone, thus reducing the concentration of parathyroid hormone in the serum. Cinacacept hydrochloride tablets are mainly used for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic kidney disease on maintenance dialysis.
Common adverse effects of this product include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach upset, abdominal distension, and serious adverse effects include hypocalcemia and prolongation of the QT interval. Contraindication is prohibited in patients who are hypersensitive to the product. Note that this product should be used with caution in patients with hypocalcemia, risk of seizures and abnormal hepatic function.
If there is a need for cinacalcet hydrochloride tablets, it should be applied under the guidance of a physician, and should not be taken on its own to avoid adverse consequences.
