People who are prone to fire should eat a light diet, drink more water as appropriate, and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits as appropriate. You can eat some pears, tofu, cabbage, cauliflower, string beans, green carrots, white radish, bean sprouts, cucumbers, potatoes and so on. Avoid eating a diet that is too oily, and eat less or no spicy and stimulating foods, such as ginger, garlic, chili peppers, peppercorns and so on. Avoid eating too much cold and raw food as well.
