After a hand burn, you should quickly rinse with cold water, cold water rinse time about half an hour or more, to stop rinsing without pain. If the burns are on the fingers, you can soak your hands in a basin of cold water, usually at a temperature of about 20°C. Do not use ice water to avoid frostbite. After rinsing or soaking, use saline or iodophor and other disinfectant liquids to disinfect the wound as appropriate. If the scalding situation is not particularly serious, you can simply apply scalding ointment for treatment. If the skin blisters after a burn, do not treat the blisters if they are not too large and try to protect them from breaking. If the blister is too large, drainage treatment can be performed in a sterile environment because the blister skin plays a protective role in wound healing, and the wound can be treated by bandaging and elevating the affected hand as much as possible to reduce activity.
