What’s the cause of the panic attack?

The causes of panic include physiological factors such as emotional tension, anxiety, diet, and pathological factors such as arrhythmia, hyperthyroidism, anemia, etc., which need to be analyzed in detail.
1. Physiological factors include strenuous exercise, emotional anxiety, nervousness, which can be relieved by resting and calming the emotions, and dietary factors such as drinking strong tea, coffee and alcohol can also cause panic.
2. Pathological factors include arrhythmias, such as premature beats, atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia and other episodes of panic. Hyperthyroidism patients due to sympathetic excitation, heart rate accelerated, may have panic manifestations. Anemia patients due to the reduction of red blood cells, the ability to carry oxygen decreased, causing compensatory heart rate acceleration, resulting in panic symptoms.
If panic symptoms recur and are not easily relieved, it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible to improve the blood routine, electrocardiogram and other tests to clarify the diagnosis.
