Suspected of allergy, immediately went to pillow lying down, oxygen, open intravenous access, just this process the patient appeared large skin papules all over the body, immediately gave 10MG dexamethasone intravenous push, intravenous administration of diluted paranephrine 1ML, the symptoms did not improve, the patient was confused, generalized tremor, continue to give 10MG dexamethasone intravenous push. The patient’s consciousness was slightly improved, and he was given promethazine intramuscularly and ephedrine intravenously. He was transferred to the ward for further observation. Further history was taken and any history of relevant drug or food allergy was denied. After treatment the patient’s vital signs were stable and no other changes in condition were observed at this time.
