What to do about blisters on your feet

Feet rubbed blisters should be promptly disinfected, suction blisters, while reducing friction.
1. Disinfection: When blisters are found abraded on the feet, loose and comfortable shoes should be replaced in time to avoid the current shoes from continuing to cause extrusion on the wound. Afterwards, use iodophor disinfectant to disinfect the area, and the disinfected area should fully cover the blister and the surrounding skin.
2. Aspiration of blisters: If the blisters are large, you should go to the hospital and use a sterile syringe to aspirate the exudate from the blisters under the doctor’s operation, then disinfect the area again and make aseptic bandages to protect the wound. If the blisters are small, you can wait for the body to absorb them on its own without excessive intervention and proper rest.
If the blister is abraded on the foot, it is recommended that the patient reduces the amount of exercise, avoids squeezing again, and rests appropriately. If necessary, go to a regular hospital, under the guidance of the doctor for treatment.
